CFC Description<\/span><\/h4>\n

CFC Mall is a major regional retail shopping center with 222,130 m2 leasable areas, anchored by the international brands of IKEA, Marks & Spencer, Zara, Debenhams, and H&M, along with Carrefour hypermarket, cinema complex (17 screens), and food court units (18), in addition to a wide variety of shops (117); all served by over 7,000 parking spaces.<\/span><\/p>\n

The second facet of CFC is the Retail Village that surrounds a superbly romantic lake with a dancing fountain. The village comprises 10 buildings, accommodating 51 restaurants and cafes. There is an exciting outdoor palm tree-lined promenade with 24 shops and boutiques in a streetscape environment connecting the Village\u2019s many open-air dining terraces, shaded plazas, and courtyards to the indoor shopping area of Cairo Festival City Mall. Adjacent to the mall, stands out the recreational and educational building of KidZania; which provides children with a safe, unique, and very realistic educational environment. The developmental setting of KidZania allows kids to use role-play by mimicking traditionally adult activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

The fourth main component of CFC is the high-end residential villas of Oriana. The spectacular villas introduce a new level of luxury using the state-of-the-art engineered smart home systems. ECG used BIM package throughout the design process.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Podium (Cairo Festival City)<\/span><\/h6>\n

The Podium is one of CFC\u2019s newest commercial complexes, intended for \u201cforward thinkers, innovators, and entrepreneurs.\u201d<\/span>
\nIt consists of six, five-story buildings with panoramic views, plazas, and private recreational areas.<\/span>
\nOffice spaces in The Podium begin from 95 m\u00b2.<\/span>
\nThe buildings have ground-floor retail spaces (i.e. outlets, shops) in addition to the office floors.<\/span>
\nTenants can choose between \u201cfully finished\u201d or \u201ccore & shell\u201d delivery for office interiors.<\/span>
\nThe layout of The Podium is designed to overlook the Oriana Villas compound, landscaped areas, walkways, and water features.<\/span><\/p>\n

Business Park (Business Park C \/ Southern Business Park)<\/span><\/h6>\n

The \u201cBusiness Park C\u201d is part of the CFC\u2019s business \/ office development portfolio. There is a BusinessDistrict.pdf brochure for the \u201cBusiness District \/ Business Park C\u201d published on CFC\u2019s site.<\/span>
\nAccording to the construction firm\u2019s (Hassan Allam) information, the business \/ office component comprises several buildings: one is a double-wing building (gross building area ~ 60,500 m\u00b2 on a site of ~66,654 m\u00b2), plus three additional office buildings on parcels 13C01, 13C02, 14B02.<\/span>
\nThe Business Park is described (in a third-party summary referencing CFC) as occupying 250,000 m\u00b2, consisting of three office buildings plus one double-wing building. (Note: this exact figure is not directly from the CFC website but cited in an external article).<\/span><\/p>\n
